WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING 

You’ll support site and civil design for a wide range of projects — from feasibility through construction — while learning from seasoned professionals along the way.

  • Assist with site evaluations, feasibility studies, and preliminary layouts.
  • Contribute to grading, drainage, stormwater, utility, and roadway designs using CAD software.
  • Help prepare and submit permit applications and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to coordinate plans.
  • Conduct site visits and support construction teams with field questions and quality checks.
  • Participate in client meetings and grow your understanding of the full development process.

 

IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
  • PE license required.
  • 2–5 years of experience in site or land development.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and understanding of local permitting processes.
  • A team-oriented problem solver with strong communication and time management skills.
