We not only believe in strengthening the talent within our client organizations, but also within the communities in which we live and work.

For the last several years, we have adopted a classroom at Norwood View Elementary School in Norwood, Ohio through the Adopt a Class Program. Our employees visit the school monthly to lead interactive activities that enrich students’ lives and build upon what they learn daily in their classroom. Each employee is also matched with a student with whom they communicate regularly via journals.

We give back in other ways, too. Our Nonprofit Leadership Practice regularly hosts and attends talent-related forums. Among smaller companies, we're consistently a leader in per capita giving in United Way's annual campaign, and our employees donate annually to ArtsWave’s community campaign.

Individually, our team members give generously of their time to local service activities and nonprofit boards.
