Baldwin Gilman is Now Gilman Partners!
Welcome to Gilman Partners! As of May 1, we will officially change our name to reflect a number of exciting developments at the firm:
- Tom Gilman, Managing Partner, has invited three practice leaders to join the ownership group as Partners: Marci Lauber, who specializes in consulting, technology, IT, and executive leadership; Barry Elkus, marketing and sales, executive and non-profit leadership; and Rick Maier, accounting and finance, executive leadership, manufacturing and operations. As growth continues, more partners are expected to be added.
- We're moving to new offices at the end of May based on our growth and desire for enhanced technology. The new Gilman Partners' office at Red Bank Village, 3960 Red Bank Road, boasts 5,000 square feet of space that includes state-of-the-art video conferencing capabilities; additional face-to-face interviewing rooms; and a conference center for seminars, client events and training. Our team has grown from 12 to 17 over the past few years and we expect that trend to continue. Our additions include Brent Loebig, a former Deloitte partner, who is leading our new Chicago office and has expanded our capabilities in computer security, technology and internal audit and Karen Finan, who joined us from the Northern Kentucky Tri-ED and is leading many of our market development activities.
- The name Gilman Partners better reflects our focus on building true business partnerships with our clients. We recognize that 75% of our search assignments come from existing clients.
It has been 10 years since Tom Gilman bought the firm from Keith Baldwin who founded and led it for almost 25 years. Going forward we plan to build on our legacy to deliver even more innovative and effective recruiting solutions as the market for top talent continues to become more competitive. Our new website address is www.gilmanpartners.com. You'll notice that our e-mail addresses have changed to reflect the new name. Our phone numbers remain the same, so feel free to call to congratulate us!
