Gilman Partners Launches Website Re-Design
Gilman Partners is constantly changing and improving, and this week we rolled out yet another example. Though our former website served us well, it was time for a fresh design that better showcased our people and our successes. The new Gilman Partners website still features information about our services and a database of open positions, but it also allows us to share more about the things that matter most. Here are just a few of the highlights you'll find in our re-designed site: Greater Emphasis on our People and their Experience Our team is our differentiator and the new website puts them front and center. With updated photos and bios, it's easier than ever to view our consultants' extensive professional and industry experience and reach out to them. The images you see throughout our site aren't stock photos - they are the people who make Gilman Partners so exceptional. Improved Usability The new website design is user-friendly and makes it faster and easier for our clients, potential clients, and potential job candidates to find information. Also, its responsive format makes for better viewing on tablets and smartphones. Deeper Insight into our Process and Successes I'm especially proud of the About Us section of our new website because it allows us to showcase what sets Gilman Partners apart from other recruiting firms. Our proprietary team-based process empowers us to find our clients the most-qualified job candidates and increases the likelihood these new hires will be successful. Repeat clients make up 62% of our job search assignments, and 96% of the executive candidates we've placed are still with their company three years later. You'll find much more information about our process and successes on the site. I hope you will visit our new site and take a look around. We would love the opportunity to talk with you in person about how we can help you or your organization. Tom Gilman purchased Gilman Partners in 2004 and currently serves as its managing partner and CEO. Tom as been building senior leadership teams at leading regional and national organizations for more than 40 years. In addition to leadership for the firm, Tom specializes in Executive Level Leadership searches. He has been intimately involved in all levels of talent acquisition - sourcing, assessing, and hiring - and has extensive access to senior executives, financial executives, technology and project management specialists, and consulting practitioners.
