Gilman Partners Welcomes Debra Savage
Gilman Partners is pleased to announce that Debra Savage has joined the team as an Executive Recruiter. She specializes in accounting and finance searches with a focus on CFO, controller, human resources and strategic planning roles. Debra has more than 30 years of experience with companies including Deloitte, Ursuline Academy of Cincinnati, and Sirrus that allow her to bring a unique perspective to client searches. Prior to joining Gilman Partners, she held several senior roles including CFO, controller, Director of HR, and business manager. She has consulted with small businesses on planning and process improvement and worked with organizations to develop compensation and benefits administration. Savage received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Accountancy from Xavier University and has her CPA. She is active in women's and mentoring initiatives, including Ohio Society of CPAs, Bizwomen, and the Xavier University Mentor Program.
