ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional services firm in Cincinnati, OH that is experiencing significant growth and is looking to add to their small team. The firm was started more than ten years ago and is a leader in their industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (JOB SUMMARY)
Our client is a small, collaborative office (20 employees) that needs all members to pitch in and work on special projects on a regular basis. The Administrative/Accounting Assistant will:
- Display outstanding problem-solving skills and work independently in the organization.
- Work on the firm’s basic accounting functions, which will mostly consist of Accounts Payable. Responsibilities include bill payment, vendor reporting, account resolution and problem solving.
- Prepare client reports and board presentation materials, work with insurance, and create and use advanced Excel spreadsheets.
IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- A combination of Administrative and Accounting experience is ideal for this role.
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree is preferred. A concentration in accounting is a plus.
- Experience using General Ledger Accounting software
- Experience with Accounts Payable desired.
- Microsoft Office experience including advanced Excel experience.
