Cincinnati Commercial Contracting - Property Manager

The Property Manager is responsible for total day to day planning, supervision, and scheduling of property management functions for an assigned portfolio of properties to achieve owners’ investment goals and objectives, and to provide high level of customer service to clients. This role will support a diverse portfolio of commercial properties in Cincinnati and Monroe, including office, warehouse, and retail. This position is open because the former Property Manager was promoted to Asset Manager. The Property Manager will: 

  • Anticipate and solve client concerns involving maintenance and service of the buildings.
  • Investigate and resolve tenant complaints and issues.
  • Identify emergency, safety, and urgent repairs, solicit bids, and recommend action to Owner to process requests in a timely fashion.
  • Coordinate, negotiate, contract, supervise, and provide quality control of all outside service providers for janitorial, landscape care, snow removal, electrical, plumbing, heating and air conditioning repair and maintenance, parking lot repair and maintenance, carpenters, window washers, roofers, etc.
  • Plan, schedule, and supervise minor building renovation or improvement work.
  • Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations.
  • Prepare annual operating expense budgets for each portfolio property and process reconciliations.
  • Monitor tenant leases, facilitate renewals and rent increases, and manage late payments, collections, evictions, tenant move-ins/move-outs.
  • Regularly inspect and evaluate building interior and exterior finishes, grounds, vacancies, common areas, cleaning, doors, locks and windows, HVAC systems, building mechanical systems, roofs, pavement, landscaping as well as janitorial, security and trash services.



  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial property management
  • High school degree or equivalent

Enjoy professional and financial growth with a stable, well-respected company. The base salary range for the Property Manager is $60,000 to $70,000 dependent upon qualifications. CCC also offers 401K contributions, dental and health benefits, and mileage reimbursement.
