Global Product Manager

CSafe Global is seeking a Global Product Manager to join our Operations team. This position would support the Global Product Management team. The Global Product Manager would work cross-functionally with all departments at CSafe in addition to customers. Key responsibilities include assisting in leading the product lines globally by providing consumer insights to business results and representing marketing in product development processes. This role collaborates cross-functionally to build products that fill gaps in the marketplace ultimately increasing customer satisfaction.



  • Manage overall commercial strategy and market plans for CSafe product portfolio in accordance with defined product roadmaps
  • Monitor and track market trends, market segments, customer needs and competitive activities
  • Conduct research to identify customer needs and market gaps for new product development and suggest product enhancements to improve existing product user experience
  • Prioritize the implementation of new features and set specific timelines, coordinating with the engineering and technical departments
  • Collaborate with Marcomm department on new product initiatives and support ongoing content creation
  • Monitor and report on users’ reactions after product launch
  • Conduct ongoing product training and generate training documents for internal and external users
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to meet business needs (Engineering, Customer Support, Technical Support, Sales, Finance, IT etc.)
  • Establish and manage relationships with customers
  • Provide support in product management tasks



  • BS/BA in Marketing or related discipline, MBA preferred
  • 5-7+ years’ work experience as a Global Product Manager or similar role in the B2B environment
  • Experience managing the entire product lifecycle (Identifying customer needs to post-launch support)
  • Familiarity with market research, consumer behavior and marketing techniques
  • Hands-on experience with software product development, a strong plus
  • Ability to conduct software demonstrations and customer presentations
  • Exceptional time management and organization skills
  • Superior analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills required
  • Excellent communication, organizational and presentation skills
  • Persistent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
  • Self-starter who will drive results with minimal supervision
  • Ability to organize data and responsibilities with prioritization by level of importance
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally
  • Comfortable and experienced working within a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
