JOB SUMMARY: 

Reporting to the President, the Director of Operations and Ministry Services manages the organization’s ministry service functions including Operations, Human Resources, Accounting, IT and Facilities Management. With five direct reports and an overall team of twelve, this role is a key member of the Leadership Team.

 

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the efficient operation of the warehouse and related functions to include product procurement, inventory management, order fulfillment, and on-time delivery performance.
  • Oversee the Accounting Team to include the timely completion of financial reports and statements, monitoring cash flow, regulatory compliance, and third-party relationship management.
  • Oversee key Human Resources functions to include talent acquisition and retention, compensation and benefits administration, payroll, employee coaching and development, employee relations activities, and safety.
  • Lead the IT and Facilities Management functions to include computer hardware/server procurement and maintenance, as well as building and grounds maintenance.
  • Cultivate a mission-centered culture that fosters teamwork, continuous learning, and commitment to excellence.
  • Collaborate with the President and other Directors to execute annual strategic priorities.
  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across areas of responsibility.

  

IDEAL CANDIDATES’ QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years of proven operations leadership experience managing multiple functions
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) required
  • Exceptional leadership qualities including written and verbal communication skills, high EQ and decision-making skills
  • Heart of a coach
