Our client is a leading Executive in Cincinnati.   In addition to his business enterprises, non-profit community work is a passion and he is involved in many organizations and initiatives that strive to improve the local community and the residents within.

 

JOB SUMMARY:  

The right candidate for this position will be a forward thinker who is able to manage the  Executive’s business schedule, correspondence, and projects as assigned. This individual will look at the role of Executive Assistant as a career and enjoy being appreciated for the value in the position. They will be someone with an upbeat attitude who takes pride in being a great assistant and can leave his or her ego at the door.  This person will be able to work on mundane administrative tasks one hour and sit in the board room as a contributing member the next.  You will have excellent follow through, be exceedingly well organized, and maintain your own level of high expectations.  This position requires a master at multi-tasking and thinking on your feet when changes are necessary.  This position will assist the Executive in business, non-profit foundation and personal endeavors.

 

 

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Organizing daily affairs and overseeing the Executive’s schedule to insure productivity and achievement of his short and long-range goals and responsibilities internal to the company. 
  • Overseeing (and performing as needed) the administrative functions in the Executive’s office.
  • Responsible for managing the Executive’s calendar: scheduling business appointments and meetings. 
  • Responsible for handling incoming and outgoing email correspondence on behalf of the Executive.
  • Arranging and coordinating the Executive’s travel, both domestic and international.
  • Responsible for management, scheduling and coordination of corporate aircraft, including interfacing with pilots and corporate executives.
  • Organizing business and personal social events.
  • Communicating with the Executive regarding items that may need his attention. 
  • Consolidate and summarize reports and activities to keep him fully informed on essential matters. 
  • Advancing the Executive’s community programs and expediting the achievement on the respective agendas.  Represent the Executive at meetings and functions as requested.
  • Running various errands –both professional and personal 
  • Home management and home organization of multiple properties as needed. Liaising with contractors and vendors  i.e. builders, maintenance, caterers, housekeeper, etc.
