Cassandra Nguyen joined Gilman Partners in 2022, bringing to the firm six years of experience in talent acquisition. Prior to joining our firm, Cass worked at other staffing agencies in the role of recruiter, coordinator, and compliance specialist. Cass is a Certified Revenue Cycle Representative through Healthcare Financial Management Association. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Miami University in 2015.

 As Database Administrator, Cass supports a team of 15 highly talented recruiters in various practice groups by keeping our systems up to date and accurate. Centered around data and reporting, this position aligns with Cass’ highly organized processes working with applicant tracking systems.
