David has more than 20 years of human resource management and recruiting experience in the professional services, consumer packaged goods and information technology industries.

He has led recruiting and talent acquisition operations at Clark Schaefer Hackett, Sara Lee Corp., and Whittman-Hart, Inc. where he built and managed recruiting operations in Norway, Sweden, England and the U.S. David is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Greater Cincinnati Human Resources Association. He’s a member of the Advisory Board for the University of Cincinnati’s Masters in Human Resources Program, and has served on a variety of advisory boards including the Xavier University – Williams CoB Professional Development Center Advisory Board, Northern Kentucky University – Haile/US Bank CoB Employer Advisory Board, University of Cincinnati – Lindner CoB Career Services Advisory Board, and as a mentor with the Xavier University Executive Mentoring Program. David received his bachelor's degree from Ohio University, his MBA from Xavier University has earned SHRM-CP and PHR certifications.
