How it works:

  • We’ll talk with you to fully understand the requirements and expectations of the position as well as your organization’s specific needs and culture.
  • Our team of experienced recruiters will tap into our broad networks and extensive candidate database to identify the candidate best suited to your organization and role.
  • Within 7 days, we will present 1-2 interviewed and assessed candidates for you to contract with.
  • The candidate becomes a contract employee of your organization and paid directly by you.
  • Our fee is a percentage of the amount paid to the contractor. If the individual is ultimately hired permanently, you will receive a credit toward the placement fee.
