Jeff joined Gilman Partners in 2011. He specializes in searches in the Professional Services, Construction and Real Estate, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain industries. Jeff also leads our Candidate Experience Team, providing oversight of all research and sourcing of candidates for our Executive Search Consultants.  Prior to joining Gilman Partners, Jeff worked as an HR Lead/Recruiter for Deloitte and was the HR Director for a regional construction company. Jeff is a veteran of the United States Air Force and received his bachelor’s degree from Xavier University. He was a founding board member for the Cincinnati Community ToolBank.
