Gilman Partners is committed to strengthening the talent in the communities in which we live and work. We contribute annually to causes important to our clients and staff members that align with this mission.
Our partners and associates further support the community by serving on a number of nonprofit boards and volunteering with various nonprofit organizations. Included among these, where we currently or recently have served, are Cincinnati Works, Crayons and Beyond, Impact 100, 4 Paws for Ability, European American Chamber of Commerce, Cincinnati Preservation Association, OneQuest Health, The Madisonville Education and Assistance Center, Center for Great Neighborhoods, NKY Chamber, St. Vincent De Paul Charitable Pharmacy, and Bishop Fenwick High School.

Cincinnati Regional Chamber
Gilman Partners is a member of the Cincinnati Regional Chamber because we believe in the work it does to connect businesses, bring talent to our region, and develop leaders. CEO Angel Beets (Class 44) and Partner Michele Plessinger (Class 47) are graduates of Leadership Cincinnati. Executive Search Consultant Cory Renzenbrink is a graduate of C-Change (Class 19) and Marketing Manager Elyse McClish is a graduate of Cincy Next (Class 12). Since 2024, Gilman Partners has been proud to sponsor the Hello Cincy Executive Program, that familiarizes new executive leaders with our region.
Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce
We are proud be involved in the development of strong businesses and a vibrant economy in the Northern Kentucky region as a member of the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce. Executive Search Consultant Megan Meyer was part of Leadership NKY’s class of 2023 and CEO Angel Beets is a graduate of the 2018 class. Angel has served on the Leadership NKY board of directors since 2025 and facilitates annual Clifton Strengths sessions for program participants.

Gilman Partners is a member of the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce. The Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce serves 2,200 business members across 14 counties, and is focused on government advocacy, economic development, and member services. We are proud to support the many for-profit and non-profit clients we serve throughout the greater Dayton region and to invest in the continued strength of the local business community.
Dearborn County Chamber of Commerce
As a member of the Dearborn County Chamber of Commerce in Southeast Indiana, we are proud to support the mission of helping to make Dearborn County a vital part of the local, regional, and state economy. We have several clients in Indiana and are committed to a healthy and sustainable business landscape in that region. Our CEO, Angel Beets, and Director of Talent and Education, Amber Brown, serve as the facilitators for Leadership Dearborn.
Goering Center for Family and Private Business
We are an associate member of The Goering Center for Family and Private Business, an organization working to help companies connect, learn and grow. More than 60% of Gilman Partners’ clients are private or family-owned, so we understand and appreciate the unique needs of these organizations.
Leadership Council for Non-Profits
Gilman Partners serves as a Collaborator Sponsor for Leadership Council for Nonprofits. Leadership Council is an association of nonprofit agencies, with almost 250 nonprofit members, representing more than 17,000 employees, and providing an economic impact of over $1 billion in our community. Leadership Council supports the nonprofit community by offering leadership development programs, training, cost savings, and networking opportunities for its members.
Kentucky Nonprofit Network
Gilman Partners is a member of the Kentucky Nonprofit Network (KNN), supporting nonprofit organizations across the state of Kentucky. Kentucky Nonprofit Network is the state association for charitable nonprofits in Kentucky, working to strengthen the sector through public policy advocacy, education, and a network of nonprofit leaders. KNN also facilitates regional coalitions, including the Northern Kentucky Nonprofit Coalition, which brings together area nonprofits to build unified advocacy and collaboration across the region.
European American Chamber of Commerce (EACC) of Greater Cincinnati
Gilman Partners is an active member of the European American Chamber of Commerce (EACC) of Greater Cincinnati, a dynamic network of European and American businesses and organizations working together to support the growth of trade and investment between the Cincinnati region and Europe. Executive Search Consultant Cory Renzenbrink is an active member of the EACC YP group.
