Michele Plessinger

Michele joined Gilman Partners in 2004 and became a partner in 2018. She is co-leader of our Nonprofit Practice Group, and specializes in Nonprofit Leadership, Accounting and Finance, HR, Professional Services, and Manufacturing C-Suite searches. Michele has championed our firm’s use of behavioral assessments, notably Predictive Index, which help us to identify the best candidates for our clients. Prior to joining Gilman Partners, Michele worked for Deloitte, where she built extensive expertise as a Human Resources Business Partner and recruiting for the consulting, finance, and accounting industries.  Michele is a member of the Bethesda Women’s Giving Circle, a group dedicated to helping women become philanthropists through collective giving that supports Bethesda North Hospital while focusing on current health issues facing women. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Human Resources from Penn State University.
