Elyse joined Gilman Partners in 2022. She focuses on Finance and Accounting searches and supports our Executive Search Consultants in several other industries. Elyse supports our firm’s OPR service and serves as a member of our Candidate Experience Team, helping to source passive candidates for high-level positions. Prior to joining us, she worked for a boutique search firm in TN where she specialized in sourcing and recruiting talent in the healthcare, sales, finance, legal, and technology industries. Elyse earned her bachelor’s degree from University of Tennessee.
