Megan is a trusted advisor in our Nonprofit Leadership Practice, partnering with mission-driven organizations to identify and place leaders who will shape their communities for years to come. She also partners with for-profit organizations, including professional services firms, to conduct leadership searches that strengthen executive teams and build organizational capacity. In addition to her executive search work, Megan serves as a Human Resources Subject Matter Expert for OneQuest Health, a Board of Trustees member for Cincinnati Preservation, and a Board of Directors Member for The Center for Great Neighborhoods of Covington. She is a 2025 Cincinnati Business Courier Forty Under 40 Honoree and a 2023 graduate of Leadership Northern Kentucky. Megan received her bachelor’s degree from the College of Charleston and a Master of Community Planning with an Economic Development specialization from the University of Cincinnati.
