Megan joined the firm in 2021. She specializes in Finance and Accounting, Professional Services, and Construction and Real Estate searches. Megan brought with her to Gilman Partners a notable background in economic development and commercial real estate having worked for the City of Cincinnati and University of Cincinnati. Prior to joining us, Megan worked as a search recruitment specialist, helping place leaders including city managers, city engineers, police chiefs, and economic development directors into municipalities and utilities across the country. She is a 2023 graduate of Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership NKY development program. Megan received her bachelor’s degree from the College of Charleston and a Master of Community Planning with Economic Development Specialization from the University of Cincinnati.
