Jessica Fouse is an Executive Search Consultant at Gilman Partners, specializing in human resources, engineering, aerospace, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and logistics leadership roles. She brings nearly twenty years of senior HR experience supporting national, multi-location organizations, including complex manufacturing, aerospace, and intermodal logistics environments. Known for her ability to assess and develop operational and technical talent, Jessica has partnered closely with CEOs and executive teams to lead enterprise-wide people strategies, organizational design, and succession planning. Jessica holds an MBA from Northern Kentucky University and a BS in Human Resource Management from Saint Mary‑of‑the‑Woods College and currently serves as the secretary for the Sycamore High School Athletic Boosters Board.
