Throughout her career, Kim has built a reputation for designing and delivering HR strategies that drive high-performance cultures — with deep expertise in talent management, organizational design, employee relations, and leadership development. Kim holds an MBA and a BS in Industrial Relations/Labor Studies, both from West Virginia University.
