Tom purchased Gilman Partners in 2004 and served as our CEO until 2023. Now Chairman, Tom works with our CEO, COO and our other partners on strategic matters and provides consultation regarding operations and standards.  He continues to be active in the community and is a member of the Advisory Boards of Wright Brothers, Inc, Priority Dispatch, MarketVision Research, The Paul Hemmer Companies, the Roehr Agency, and Blue Alliance IT.  He also serves on multiple nonprofit boards and was the long-time lead director at Cincinnati Works. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Miami University. Tom was recognized in 2023 by Cincinnati Magazine as one of the 300 most influential executives in Cincinnati and continues to be a thought leader on talent related issues. Prior to purchasing the firm, he spent 34 years (23 as a partner) as an innovative leader at Deloitte Consulting.
