Kaytlynd joined Gilman Partners in 2020, bringing experience in marketing/events, nonprofit leadership, and training. She previously worked for YMCAs in Cincinnati, Decatur and Detroit, leading departments of membership, marketing, health & wellness, sports, volunteerism and community programs, as well as leading efforts within fund development, donor stewardship, and board administration. Passionate about excellence in the workplace, Kaytlynd served as a training facilitator for YMCA directors throughout Michigan, Ohio, and Kentucky during her career. Prior to her experience in the YMCA, she served other nonprofits in the areas of camp administration, youth and family program leadership, and fitness facility management. Kaytlynd enjoys developing incoming professionals and led as Millikin University Sports Management Practicum Site Director 2016-2018 and as University of Cincinnati Sports Management Intern Site Director in 2020. Kaytlynd is a USA Gold Certified Basketball Coach and previously coached at Colerain High School 2018-2020 (Cincinnati, OH) and Howell High School 2013-2014 (Howell, MI).
Kaytlynd received a bachelor's degree in Youth and Family Development from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, OK where she worked for the Athletic Center and led service project trips to Fiji and Brazil. She was named in the North American YMCA Development Organization Young Professional Class of 2016, Central Illinois Top 20 Under 40 Movers and Shakers in 2017 and is a graduate of the Cincy Next class of 2020 through the Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce. Kaytlynd sits on the board of directors for Hope House Mission, serves as an advisor to the board of Peachtree Advocacy, and volunteers with the Healing Center distribution center through Vineyard Church Tri-County.
