WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

This role serves as a key architect of growth and operational excellence—balancing day-to -day execution with forward-looking strategy—and acts as a primary advocate for scaling each vertical in alignment with Jedson’s broader business goals. IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field (Master’s preferred). •15+ years of progressive operational or vertical leadership experience within engineering, construction, technical consulting, or related industry.
  • Proven track record of transformative business growth and operational scalability.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through complexity, ambiguity, and rapid change.
  • Strong financial acumen, including P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Exceptional communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills
