Erica has 20 years of public accounting, professional services, and private industry experience in accounting, finance, audit, and consulting. She began her career at Deloitte serving the largest companies in Cincinnati before joining Procter and Gamble’s corporate accounting team. Prior to joining Gilman Partners, Erica was a Partner and Founder of a corporate consulting firm, Grandin Solutions, that was eventually acquired by private equity. She also served as a Director at a Global Consulting firm where she was instrumental in rebuilding an office.

Erica holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Ohio. She is also a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Ohio Society of CPAs.
