Our client is a contract manufacturer in the greater Louisville area, servicing a variety of industries. Founded over 50 years ago, our client is very committed to delivering exceptional products and services.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for leading, developing, and ensuring the results of the Company’s strategy, with a view to creating shareholder value, while also having regard for all other stakeholders.
The CEO drives the vision, mission, and values, ensures talent and culture align with strategy, maintains financial health, and tracks performance against budgets and customer expectations.
The CEO serves as the link between the Board and management, communicating on behalf of the company, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring long-term success. Key priorities include driving strategy, building culture and capabilities, and delivering promised results.
IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Full P&L responsibility and can demonstrate strong financial acumen, with ESOP experience a plus
- Discrete manufacturing experience a must, with contract manufacturing and plastics experience both a plus
- Proven experience in fostering and growing a strong culture and engagement with employee development embedded
- Track record of developing and deploying strategies for growth, market differentiation, and superior customer experience with substantiated results over multiple years
- Understands where entrepreneurialism and enterprise processes meet to maximize value and knows how to build structure without bureaucracy
- Acquisition/Integration experience a plus
