Sarah Benner joined the Gilman Partners team in 2015. She has filled high-level positions in the Nonprofit, Professional Services, and Manufacturing industries. In addition to serving as a Search Consultant, Sarah also works closely with our Candidate Experience Team helping to develop search strategies and continually contributing to process improvement. Sarah works remotely from her home in Portland, OR, but returns to the Cincinnati office regularly. Sarah is actively involved in organizations on the West Coast to include Dress for Success Oregon and 100 Women Who Care. She was part of the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber’s HYPE Connections class of 2017, served as a Mentor for Cincinnati Youth Collaborative, and received SHRM-CP certification. Sarah holds a bachelor’s degree from Ohio University.
