Chuck joined Gilman Partners in 2017. He leads our firm’s Human Resources Practice and specializes in Professional Services, Manufacturing C-Suite, and Accounting and Finance searches. Prior to joining our firm, Chuck served as the VP HR in the paper, consumer products, retail/wholesale, and food industries. He has an extensive background leading strategic organizational initiatives to improve profitability and optimize individual and team performance.  He served for six years on the Board of Directors for the Employers Resource Association. Chuck received his undergraduate degree from Hope College and holds a master’s degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Michigan State University.
