Jenny joined Gilman Partners in 2016. She specializes in HR, Operations, Engineering, Nonprofit, and Professional Services leadership searches. Prior to joining Gilman Partners, Jenny served as an HR leader in an operations/production setting. Her strong HR and industry background give her a unique understanding and perspective that benefits our clients even beyond her role as an executive search consultant. Jenny is a Six Sigma Green Belt and has earned PHR and CCP certifications. She serves on Cincy SHRM’s Talent Acquisition Committee. Jenny received her BSBA in Human Resources Management from Bowling Green State University.
