Julie has been with Gilman Partners for more than 25 years and is a Partner leading our Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain Practice. She also leads many C-suite executive searches and has built long-standing relationships with manufacturing companies across Cincinnati, Louisville, Dayton, and Indiana. Julie serves as Board Chair of 4 Paws for Ability and previously served seven years on the board of the European American Chamber of Commerce (EACC) Cincinnati chapter. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources from Miami University.
