Marci Pfeifer joined Gilman Partners in 2004. As Chief Operating Officer, Marci provides oversight for all operational aspects of our firm. She also leads our Construction & Real Estate Practice and focuses on high-level searches in Professional Services, Finance, IT, HR, and other highly analytical positions. Prior to joining Gilman Partners, Marci spent ten years in management consulting with Ernst & Young and Deloitte, providing services in process design, technology, and strategy for mid-market companies.  She received a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Dayton and an MBA from Miami University.
