Rick is a Partner of our firm and specializes in Finance and Accounting C-Suite searches. Prior to joining our firm, Rick served as a CFO in the Manufacturing and Banking industries. He also has experience as an advisor for privately-held companies on financing, operational and product pricing issues. Rick is a CPA (inactive) and is a member and former president of the Greater Cincinnati Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth. Rick earned his undergraduate degree at The Ohio State University and Masters of Management degree at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
