Scott has been with Gilman Partners for a total of 11 years. He is a Partner of our firm and specializes in Accounting, Finance, and Engineering searches. Scott leads our OPR service and acts as an extension of our OPR clients’ HR departments, helping them to fill many roles per year. Prior to joining Gilman Partners, Scott worked at Deloitte and EY. Throughout his career, he has worked as an auditor, recruiter and HR leader, having placed more than 2,500 professionals. Scott has a BSBA in Accounting from Bowling Green State University. He volunteers at St. Francis DeSales in Lebanon and serves on the Board of Directors at Bishop Fenwick High School.
