Scott joined Gilman Partners in 2021. He specializes in Manufacturing, Engineering, and Operations searches. Scott supports our OPR service, working as a partner to our clients to place numerous searches per year. Prior to joining Gilman Partners, Scott led human resources and talent management for multiple organizations throughout the U.S. He is a former Board Member of the Huron City Schools Board of Education and of the Huron Joint Recreation District Board, and current Board Member of the Huron Board of Zoning Appeals. Scott earned his bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University. He earned his Master of Business Administration from University of Findlay.
