Gilman Partners Names Three New Partners
Gilman Partners has named three new partners to its leadership team. Julie George, Scott Hirko, and Michele Plessinger, who each formerly served as an Executive Recruiter, assumed their new roles on January 1, 2018.

“Julie, Scott and Michele are committed to Gilman Partners’ values and standards of client service,” said Tom Gilman, the firm’s CEO and Managing Partner. “Each has demonstrated tremendous success and will enable us to continue to grow the business in the years to come.”
Michele Plessinger joined Gilman Partners in 2004 and focuses on senior executive, CFO, and non-profit searches. She also serves as the firm’s certified expert on the GPA Behavioral Assessment, which is administered as part of the candidate selection process.
Scott Hirko worked for Gilman Partners from 2004-2007 and returned again in 2014. He specializes in manufacturing and real estate as well as accounting, finance, and consulting searches.
Julie George has been with Gilman Partners for more than 20 years. She leads the firm’s manufacturing, operations, and engineering practice.
