ISCO offers their clients a total piping solution including engineering, design, fabrication, distribution, and related services. They’re proud to serve a long and growing list of markets including municipal, waterworks, landfill, marine, golf, geothermal, industrial, energy, EPC, and more.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Director of Gas Distribution will be responsible for leading and executing the sales strategy for the gas division. This role will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and fostering strong customer relationships. You will also lead a team of sales professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Craft Winning Sales Strategies: Develop and roll out sales plans that hit revenue targets and boost our market presence in the gas distribution world.
- Inspire and Lead: Motivate and guide the sales team to reach new heights, ensuring everyone is aligned with our company goals.
- Explore New Opportunities: Seek out fresh business prospects, from new regions to different industries and customer groups.
- Build Strong Relationships: Connect with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs and foster loyalty.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product development, marketing, and operations to enhance our offerings and delight our customers.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep an eye on market trends, competitor moves, and customer feedback to find new ways to innovate and stand out.
- Manage Sales Performance: Handle sales budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure staying on track.
- Ensure Compliance: Stay updated on industry regulations and standards to keep ISCO compliant and reduce risks.
- Be Our Ambassador: Represent ISCO at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to boost our brand visibility.
- Promote Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and continuous growth within the sales team.
IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- 7+ years of proven success in sales leadership roles within the gas distribution sector, with a deep understanding of the market and customer needs.
- Strong leadership with experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent at communicating, negotiating, and building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to develop and execute sales plans that align with our business goals.
- Skilled in data analysis, market research, and sales forecasting
