WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

The Director of Operations will be responsible for providing a safe working environment, while driving productivity, quality, and efficiency in the operations. With overall operational responsibilities over 4 locations, the DOO will build trust and develop strong relationships with their team, their customers, suppliers, freight carriers and service providers. The right candidate will be positive with an attitude to accept any challenge and assist in problem solving for the organization. Working alongside the President and Sales leadership team, they will be an integral part of the growth of the organization. Infinity Fasteners will rely on the DOO to deliver their customer vision of ASK LISTEN DELIVER…  WOW!!

IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Demonstrated leadership in distribution, warehousing, and manufacturing, leveraging strong process improvement skills to enhance organizational efficiency
• Full understanding of supply chain operations and the challenges with global purchasing and logistics.
• Extensive experience overseeing facility operations, including maintenance, leases, insurance, and asset management.
• Proven track record of fostering a culture of safety and employee engagement.
• Background in purchasing and procurement management is highly beneficial.
• Skilled in leading within a close-knit, family-oriented environment with long-tenured employees.
• Detail-oriented with a keen ability to manage intricate aspects that contribute to overall success.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement certification preferred
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in ERP systems
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with evidence of strong business acumen.
