ISCO has grown into a global piping solutions provider with more than 30 facilities across the United States and Canada. They have developed and honed custom fabrication and spooling ability. They’re fabricators have decades of experience making HDPE structures such as manholes, tanks, fittings, geothermal vaults, and more. ISCO also makes sure every project has the right equipment by selling and renting tools and fusion equipment. They’re proud to serve a long and growing list of markets including municipal, waterworks, landfill, marine, golf, geothermal, industrial, energy, EPC, and more.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (JOB SUMMARY)

The Plant Manager will oversee the ongoing operations, and procedures of the piping organization in Mulberry Florida. The right candidate will be an efficient technician and leader with people skills, great business acumen, and exemplary work ethic. The Plant Manager will:

  • Be a change agent responsible for leading one of ISCO’s 15 fabrication facilities.
  • Collaborate with engineering and sales to increase our focus on product development and enhance profitability.
  • Build team & plant infrastructure to potentially meet a 24-5 operation.
  • Directly manage multi-shift, multi-department plant with 20-30 employees in Fabrication, Rental, and Distribution areas.
  • Manage plant expenses.
  • Drive culture to ensure a safe and efficient operation.
  • Oversee and monitor Safety programs and initiatives to ensure employee and company compliance with applicable laws and standards.
  • Master ISCO’s Quality Management System.
  • Support high employee engagement.
  • Establish an optimum schedule to maximize efficiency.
  • Drive operational reports and Key Performance Indicators.
  • Improve operational processes, develop, and challenge team members.
  • Foster a culture of continuous development while building future leaders.

 

IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s or better in Business Administration, Engineering, or a closely related field is preferred by relevant work experience will be considered
  • Must have 5-10 years: Leading a manufacturing/fabrication/assembly environment.
  • Ability to read drawings and blueprints.
