WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

In this key position, you will serve as the Product Marketing Champion. You will work closely with the Product Development team to launch and market the company’s best-in-class temperature-controlled solutions. As a Global Product Marketing Manager, you will execute thorough competitive research and research to understand customer needs and industry opportunities. You’ll leverage your expertise in product marketing, customer and market research to determine the key features of the products and apply them to corresponding internal and external marketing campaigns. You are exceptional at insights driven, engaging and educational product marketing campaigns. Your proven cross functional collaboration skills will enable you to excel at driving product consideration together with sales and external stakeholders. Implementing, measuring and reporting on results to ensure close alignment with sales and business goals is crucial for this role’s success.

 Essential Functions

  • Craft the product storytelling vision and voice
  • Lead and execute on product launches and ongoing internal and external marketing campaigns
  • Set appropriate objectives and KPIs
  • Lead and execute product marketing content plan, collateral, landing pages and marketing messages which target customer needs
  • Ensure product marketing content and messaging is aligned to company brand identity and guidelines
  • Allocate and manage budgets and resources to corresponding materials and marketing channels
  • Ensure smooth and successful product displays at events
  • Support sales and internal stakeholders with trainings in collaboration with Product Development team
  • Deliver excellent presentations to assist sales on product features communications
  • Implement testing methodologies to enhance campaign and lead generation, including response and conversion rates and multivariate testing
  • Assist in the evaluation, selection and management of outside vendors that contribute to successful programs
  • Responsible for planning, organizing and executing programs that generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities for the sales team.

 

YOUR IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree; Marketing, Communications or Design; Master’s degree desired
  • 7+ years proven ability in Product Marketing role. B2B professional services marketing in a technical area is beneficial.
  • An eye for branding, style and creative flair
  • Digital Literacy – In-depth knowledge of MS Office Suite required.
  • Global experience preferred but not required.
  • Preferred experience with a few of the following platforms: SalesForce, Pardot, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics
  • Crisp and clear communication across all medias. Ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Excellent collaboration skills – ability to gain alignment with many cross-functional partners in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Superior interpersonal skills
