WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

With a commitment to innovation and excellence, they are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join their growing team. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers. You will leverage your technical expertise to understand client needs and offer customized wire harness solutions.

  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored wire harness solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of wire harness products and their applications to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, identifying new business opportunities and expanding our customer base.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor on technical matters and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform business strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and customer service, to ensure seamless project execution and customer support.
  • Technical Support: Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and ensuring successful implementation of wire harness solutions.
  • Documentation: Prepare accurate and detailed sales proposals, technical documentation, and reports.

 

IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s or Associates degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the wire harness or electrical components industry.
  • Strong understanding of electrical wire harness design, manufacturing processes, and applications.
