Their experts handle new construction, renovations, or transaction projects with customized care – whether it’s for a single classroom or an entire school. They have the resources and knowledge to manage product research and selection, room design, installation and more.

 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Reporting to the Director of Accounting, the Senior Accountant III will utilize their in-depth understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, and company practices to perform complex accounting and financial reporting activities. The Senior Accountant III will:

• Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements.
• Perform accounting for foreign currency transactions/translations to the functional currency.
• Perform monthly reviews and reconciliation of assigned balance sheet accounts such as intercompany and investment in subsidiary accounts.
• Prepare monthly management and quarterly Board financial reports.
• Document current financial reporting process in preparation for new financial reporting system and lead the documentation of the requirements for the new system.
• Perform balance sheet and income statement variance analysis.
• Perform the yearend financial reporting requirements for audit and help manage the workflow for the auditors.
• Prepare income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow trend analysis.

IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• 5+ years of accounting experience
• CPA required
• Strong knowledge and application of GAAP accounting policies and practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Detail-oriented, able to make decisions, solve problems and respond to inquiries with limited supervision
• Ability to work autonomously and mentor others
