WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

In this key position, you will work on designing, developing and implementing marketing programs and solutions. You’ll leverage your expertise to present products and services to the relevant market sector to build brand awareness and drive compelling messages.  Working in collaboration with sales, product, technical teams, and external partners, there will be opportunity for learning, development and future career growth across a variety of fields within the company. This role is also responsible for a variety of initiatives including the development and implementation of overarching brand-level marketing campaigns and serving as a strategic partner to the business and commercial teams in guiding message development targeted to all customers. Additionally, you will collaborate to establish product priorities to feed collateral, trainings, exhibitions and product launches based on balancing needs of customers, sales, market forces and business goals. 

Essential Functions

  • Plan and execute Commercial events and campaigns to drive lead generation and industry leadership.
  • Partner with external vendors to create and implement Marketing programs and solutions.
  • Contribute to development and improvement of branding, corporate communications and product marketing that differentiates our offerings in the global market.
  • Support execution of integrated marketing campaigns (ABM, email, social, display, etc.) to align with marketing engagement strategy in support of growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with commercial regions/downstream marketing with establishing their go-to market strategies, messaging, product positioning and sales strategies.
  • Interface with sales to determine sales enablement needs.
  • Forecast, measure, analyze and report on impact of programs.
  • Evaluate and manage vendors that contribute to demand creation programs including event venues and services, marketing agencies, direct mail providers, SEO experts, designers, and copywriters.
  • Communicate and educate the sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities including global, regional and local programs.
  • Implement testing methodologies to enhance the demand creation process, including response and conversion rates and multivariate testing.
  • Manage and adhere to budget.
  • Responsible for planning, organizing and executing programs that generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities for the sales team.

 

YOUR IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree; Marketing, Communications and PR focus preferred; Masters degree desired
  • 7+ years proven ability in a marketing role. B2B professional services marketing in a technical area is beneficial.
  • Agency experience a plus.
  • Digital Literacy – In depth knowledge of MS Office Suite required.
  • Global experience preferred but not required.
  • Preferred experience with a few of the following platforms: SalesForce, Pardot, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics
  • Ability to communicate with senior leadership
  • An eye for stylistic elements, crisp and clear communications
  • Excellent collaboration skills – ability to gain alignment with many cross-functional partners in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills.
