ABOUT THE COMPANY

VEGA Americas, Inc. is a U.S.-based subsidiary of the German family-owned company VEGA Grieshaber KG. Its core business is developing, manufacturing and selling measurement instrumentation for industrial processes — including sensors and devices for level, density, pressure and weight measurement.

VEGA Americas serves a broad range of industries (including chemical, petrochemical, food & beverage, water/wastewater, mining, and pharmaceutical). The company has made significant investments in North America in recent years — for example, in 2022 it opened a new 230,000-square-foot headquarters and manufacturing campus in Mason, Ohio. More recently, in 2025 the company announced a 120,000-square-foot expansion to further enhance domestic production of electronic components (moving away from overseas sourcing) and advance its sustainability agenda.
