WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Infinity Fasteners is growing and is seeking a motivated, hands‑on Warehouse Operations Manager to join their team in Madison, AL. This role is critical to the daily execution, safety, organization, and overall performance of their warehouse operations. This position will initially be based on‑site at a large customer facility and will be customer‑facing throughout each day, requiring strong communication, professionalism, and ownership. They are not looking for someone to simply “manage tasks.” They are looking for a leader who takes ownership, brings structure to complexity, holds high standards, and drives results. Someone who sees what needs to be done and does it.
You will be responsible for leading and developing a warehouse area while ensuring safety, efficiency, accuracy, and accountability. This role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to balance day-to-day execution with long-term improvement. Specifically, you will have these main responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee daily warehouse operations within your assigned area
- Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable for performance, safety, and accuracy
- Proactively identify issues and take initiative to solve them before they become problems
- Create structure, organization, and consistency in workflows and processes
- Partner with leadership to plan for growth and staffing needs
- Interview, hire, onboard, and develop warehouse team members (current plan is to hire two additional associates)
- Train team members on processes, safety standards, and company expectations
- Monitor productivity, quality, and throughput while maintaining a safe work environment
- Collaborate closely with inventory, shipping, receiving, and leadership teams
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities
- Lead by example on the floor—this is a hands-on leadership role
IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Prior experience in warehouse leadership, distribution, or operations is strongly preferred
- Proficient with warehouse systems, reports, and basic Excel tools
- Skilled at coaching, developing, and holding people accountable
- Experience hiring, training, and building a strong team

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- This position is based in a large (450,000 sq. ft.), fast-paced factory environment and requires continuous movement throughout the facility. The role includes frequent walking, standing, stocking products, and active engagement with production employees and plant leadership at this customer facility.

- Starting Salary: $75,000 with the opportunity for a $5,000 increase after 6 months based on strong performance and a generous annual performance-based bonus program.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
This position is based on site in Madison, Alabama with a Monday through Friday work schedule. There will be an initial 2-week training period at the Infinity Fasteners facility in Louisville, KY to learn systems and processes.
