Thank you for your interest in GP Elevate! We are now accepting applications for 2026 cohorts in Cincinnati and Dayton.

Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. To maximize the value of this program, applicants should be high-potential leaders who are being groomed for executive management roles in the next few years OR leaders who have recently joined an executive management team. Only one employee of a sponsoring organization will be chosen to take part in each cohort and the selection committee will take factors including industry, job function, organization size, and participant demographics into consideration when forming each cohort.
