ELEVATING OUR COMMUNITY

Gilman Partners is committed to strengthening the talent in the communities in which we live and work. We contribute annually to causes important to our clients and staff members that align with this mission.

Adopt A Class: We are annual mentors of a second-grade class through Adopt A Class. Our classroom lessons and yearly field trips help to prepare children with essential life and employability skills.

MEAC: The Madisonville Education and Assistance Center (MEAC) offers access to education and resources to families that live in Gilman Partners’ neighborhood. Our staff donates items and gift cards each year to MEAC to support its mission of helping residents meet their full potential.

Our partners and associates further support the community by serving on a number of nonprofit boards and volunteering with various nonprofit organizations. Included among these, where we currently or recently have served, are Cincinnati Works, Crayons to Computers, Planned Parenthood of Southwest Ohio, Impact 100, EC LEARN, 4 Paws for Ability, European American Chamber of Commerce, Bethesda Women’s Giving Circle, The Brighton Center, and Bishop Fenwick High School.

COMMUNITY & BUSINESS PARTNERSHIPS

Black Achievers

Gilman Partners is proud to be one of the early sponsors of this organization. We partner with Black Achievers, an organization dedicated to providing educational training to Black professionals in the areas of networking, mentoring, employment, leadership and entrepreneurship. We share job and leadership information as well as new career opportunities with the more than 30,000 Black Achievers members nationwide and enjoy connecting with members at meetings and events.

Leadership Council for Non-Profits

Gilman Partners serves as a Collaborator Sponsor for Leadership Council for Nonprofits. Leadership Council is an association of nonprofit agencies, with almost 250 nonprofit members, representing more than 17,000 employees, and providing an economic impact of over $1 billion in our community. Leadership Council supports the nonprofit community by offering leadership development programs, training, cost savings, and networking opportunities for its members.

European American Chamber of Commerce (EACC) of Greater Cincinnati

Gilman Partners is an active member of the European American Chamber of Commerce (EACC) of Greater Cincinnati, a dynamic network of European and American businesses and organizations working together to support the growth of trade and investment between the Cincinnati region and Europe. Partner Julie George serves on the organization’s Board of Directors, helping to drive their mission and vision while supporting and advising our staff on implementing strategies.

Goering Center for Family and Private Business

We are an associate member of The Goering Center for Family and Private Business, an organization working to help companies connect, learn and grow. A large percentage of Gilman Partners’ clients are private or family-owned, so we understand and appreciate the unique needs of these organizations.

Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber

Gilman Partners is a Gold-level member of the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber because we believe in the work it does to connect businesses, bring talent to our region, and develop leaders. Gilman Partners was a 2019 Ignite Action awards finalist in the Expanding the Talent Base category and CEO Angel Beets was a participant in Leadership Cincinnati’s Class 44.

Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce

As a member of the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, we’re proud be involved in the development of strong businesses and a vibrant economy in the Northern Kentucky region. We are actively involved in several annual programs, events, and initiatives. Gilman Partners was a finalist in the 2019 Business Impact Awards. Search consultant, Megan Meyer, was part of Leadership NKY’s class of 2023 and CEO, Angel Beets, is a graduate of the 2018 class. Angel continues to serve Leadership NKY by facilitating annual Clifton Strengths sessions for program participants.

Dearborn County Chamber of Commerce

Gilman Partners is a member of the Dearborn County Chamber of Commerce. By investing in this membership, we are proud to support the mission of helping to make Dearborn County a vital part of the local, regional, and state economy. We have several clients in Indiana and are committed to a healthy and sustainable business landscape in that area. CEO, Angel Beets, serves as the facilitator for Leadership Dearborn.
